Interested firm having relevant experience in the similar nature of services and registered with Tender Board and Distribution Code Review Panel (DCRP) may obtain Tender documents from The Tenders and Contracts section, of the Majan Electricity Company, MJEC (planning and projects Dept) in Al Sahwa tower (2) ground floor at Al Azaiba near to Rawasco, against the non-refundable payment as mentioned above per each set of document. The Tender Documents shall be issued to the firm by showing the copy of valid Tender Board Registration Certificate. The tenders may be collected on any working days between 0800-1200 hours.

      Tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to The Chairman of the Tender Committee and marked with Tender Number and the subject. No other marks or any reference thereto should be printed outside the envelopes.

    The Tendered should enclose a Bank Guarantee issued by any bank in the sultanate of Oman for the value of (1%) of the Tender value and addressed to The Chairman of the Tender Committee.

    The completed Tender should be deposited in the Tender Box at Procurement and Tender Section, MJEC (Projects and Senior Management) in Al Sahwa Tower (2) ground floor at Al Azaibea near to Rawasco, before 10:00 am on the assigned date for submission of the Tender. Any submitted tender after the mentioned date will note be accepted. Treat this advertisement as part of tender condition document.
